As the "CARE PRO®︎" brand becomes more widely recognized, we have recently discovered through investigations that counterfeit and imitation products (hereinafter referred to as "imitations") of the "CARE PRO®︎" ultrasonic iron are frequently circulating both domestically and internationally.
Our company has invested significant time in technology development and conducted extensive experiments and performance tests for product commercialization. In contrast, imitations falsely sold as "CARE PRO®︎" products do not meet our high safety standards and may pose serious safety risks when used.
These imitations, despite being unrelated to our company, unlawfully mimic the trademarks, designs, and other elements of "CARE PRO®︎." Although they may closely resemble our products in shape, labeling, and promotional claims, they differ significantly in performance and quality. The products and their promotional methods infringe upon our intellectual property rights (trademarks, patents, design rights, etc.) and are recognized as highly illegal. We take these matters seriously and will take strict action against imitations to prevent harm to our customers.
We strongly urge you to avoid handling or purchasing high-risk imitations, which can be misleading due to promotional claims or low prices.
