Customers shall use CARE PRO ID after agreeing to these Terms of Use.

"CARE PRO ID" is issued after the Company completes the account registration process.
"CARE PRO ID" may not be created or may be suspended under the following circumstances:

If the customer has violated these Terms (including this article but not limited to it) and the Company has previously discontinued or suspended service provision to the customer,
If the Company discovers that the customer does not exist,
If the Company finds the customer is under 13 years of age or has impaired decision-making or judgment capabilities,
If the Company determines that the registration of the ID by the customer is inappropriate,
If the customer has not logged into a service requiring "CARE PRO ID" for more than five years.
If there are changes to the customer's registered information such as name and address (country and postal code), the customer must promptly update these on the Company's product through services or other websites.
The Company is not liable for any disadvantages incurred due to the customer's failure to update their registration details.
Notifications from the Company regarding "CARE PRO ID" will be sent to the registered email address.
Customers must ensure they register a correct email address and regularly check emails sent from the Company.
Customers must always manage their ID Information securely and ensure that it is not accessible to others.
This includes not setting easily guessable passwords, changing passwords regularly, and not allowing others to use or access your password.
If a third party uses "CARE PRO ID" under the customer's responsibility to manipulate registration information or for sending and receiving messages, the Company may treat those actions as having been performed by the customer who is the owner of "CARE PRO ID".
Customers shall not use any ID Information without obtaining the consent of other customers.
If customers discover any unauthorized use of their registration or ID Information or any security breach, they should immediately notify the Company.
Through the "CARE PRO ID" management webpage, customers can access and modify their registration and ID Information at any time.
Customers may delete their membership ID following the specified procedures:
Follow the deletion procedure shown at the bottom of the top screen of My Account.
Your account will be cancelled when the procedure is fully completed.
If the procedure is incomplete, the account may not be cancelled.
After the account deletion, personal information pertaining to the customer will be destroyed or erased by the Company after a certain period of time.
The Company will endeavor to meet any customer requests for deletion of personal
information based on reasonable grounds where possible.
