We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- All accessories, including the original packaging and instruction manuals, are intact.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and has no missing parts.
Kindly note that if these conditions are not met, we may not be able to accept your return.

We do not refund shipping and customs fees.

Please note that if for any reason the delivery of the product is interrupted or discarded, we will not be able to accept the product or issue a refund. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:
- Incomplete customs documentation
If the required customs documents are not provided by you within the appropriate time frame, resulting in the interruption or discarding of the product delivery.
- Inability to contact you
If the shipping carrier needs to contact you for any reason during the transportation of the product, and they are unable to reach you, resulting in the interruption or discarding of the product delivery.

Ship the product. You may use any delivery carrier of your choice.

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of the return acceptance status.

If the product meets our return policy criteria, your return will be processed successfully.

Refund processed.
The refund will appear on your account statement within 5-10 business days after processing.
